        Our Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) pellets are high-performance elastomers that blend rubber-like flexibility with plastic's processability and durability. Available in hardness ranges from 60A to 85D, they deliver excellent abrasion resistance, tear strength, and oil/chemical resistance, while withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 120°C.
        Easily processed via injection molding, extrusion, or 3D printing, these non-toxic pellets comply with REACH and RoHS standards, and come in transparent or opaque formulations. Ideal for automotive parts, footwear, medical devices, electronic accessories, and industrial hoses, they offer reliable performance and design versatility for diverse manufacturing needs.
 
 

The main features of each series of products are as follows:

Polyester TPU has excellent physical and mechanical properties, resistance to resistance, excellent solvent and chemical resistance, good hydrolysis resistance and low temperature resistance, etc. The rapid prototyping of injection molding products can further improve the production efficiency of downstream processing.
Polyether TPU has excellent hydrolysis resistance, low temperature resistance, mildew resistance and other characteristics. It has been widely used in wire and cable, textile and clothing, sports and leisure, security and other fields.
Polycarbonate TPU has better comprehensive performance, and its mechanical properties, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low temperature resistance are far superior to ordinary polyester products. It is widely used in automobiles and fields with demanding environmental requirements due to its excellent weathering and aging resistance.
